Information

We recommend that you take advantage of the early registration fee. You can find information about registration fees and services below.

PSE Large Committee Meeting Members will complete their accommodation registrations on the website and will request a refund of the 2-night accommodation fee from PSE after the congress.

* We would like to remind you that if you don’t stay at the hotel, due to the “All Inclusive Hotel” policy, an extra 50 Euros per day will be charged as an entrance fee to meet daily food and beverage expenses.

Certificate of Attendance

All participants who register to the congress will be given a certificate of participation in online PDF format and/or as a signed document.

Conference Bag

Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area.

Scientific Program & Abstract Book

The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the congress foyer area.

Badge and Pocket Program

The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.

Coffee Breaks

Hot and cold beverages and cookies will be served as an open buffet between sessions.

Welcome Cocktail

The opening cocktail will be organized at Congress Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully the general information and conditions:

  • In case of cancellation until July 30, 2023 : Full refund
  • July 30 – August 18, 2023: 50% refund
  • After August 18, 2023: No refund
  • All refunds will only be made after the congress
  • All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretary.
